1. Description of Service

Highbiddr is a Chrome extension that helps users place bids on eBay auctions automatically in the final seconds (“sniping”). The service is provided by Southern Iron Holdings LLC.

2. Accounts and Subscriptions

Paid plans require a subscription. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use paid features.

3. Payments and Billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You can cancel at any time through your account settings.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions. After the trial period, refunds are only issued in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Highbiddr for any illegal activity or in violation of eBay’s terms of service. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that abuse the service or harm other users.

6. Limitation of Liability

Highbiddr is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for lost auctions, eBay policy changes, or any indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
